My philosophy for pitching is based off of understanding your body’s movements and finding the right feel for your mechanics. My lessons are based off of specific needs and establishing a program of drill work, throwing, and conditioning. Your program will be set for what you need to work on, coaching in person with data driven information on your mechanics.
Lessons consist of two primary components for your development.
Pitching Sessions – Working on your mechanics with flat grounds and bullpens. (Check out the Biomechanics tab)
Pitching Performance – Using a strength and conditioning approach using exercises with resistance bands, medicine balls, and plyometrics to improve athleticism that will translate to your pitching mechanics.
Private pitching lessons that consist of 1 hour focusing on improving pitching mechanics. For more information please feel free to contact me to set up a lesson. For groups of 2 or more, discounted prices are available.
